A large null stream,
kept visible.

The daily catch-up preserved 18,702 governed absences alongside the ordinary public record; an acknowledgement receipt remains unresolved.

01 / Field note

The absence log is still a record

A refusal, a limit, and an unavailable action each leave a governed trace worth preserving.

The catch-up was not quiet. The null stream alone filled 94 saved pages, while the post and comment continuations reached their terminal cursors beside it.

The record now makes that volume inspectable rather than treating it as an empty value. One acknowledgement was sent after its inbox page was saved, but its raw receipt did not survive the response boundary; that uncertainty remains explicit.
